Despite our best efforts, a product might not match your expectations or fit properly. At BrettHawke.com we strive for quality and if you're not happy with your purchase due to quality issue or fault, we'll do our best to rectify the issue.

To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, BrettHawke.com offers you a 30-day Free Returns Policy within the US on goods that are unused and in a good condition.  If you believe the goods to be faulty, please read our Faulty Items section below.

To return your product and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please fill in the contact form and title 'Refund' and we will be in touch shortly.

  2. Attach the postage label and return the item(s) in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging

  3. Please note that all products must be in an undamaged, with all labels attached for you to be able to return them.

  4. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely.

  5. Due to high order volumes, our returns process can take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

 

Important Note: All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition, with all labels & product swing tags attached for you to be able to return them.  If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.

Orders made with Google Pay or PayPal must be returned online for a refund.

REFUNDING E-GIFT CARDS

For item(s) paid by both E-gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your E-Gift Card as store credit.
